Samantha Rosella Lamanna is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in high-level kitchen operations. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Noma since August 2021, Samantha has previously held significant roles such as Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at Il Covo and GIRO D'ITALIA RISTORANTE, respectively.
