Samantha Rosella Lamanna

Samantha Rosella Lamanna is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in high-level kitchen operations. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Noma since August 2021, Samantha has previously held significant roles such as Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at Il Covo and GIRO D'ITALIA RISTORANTE, respectively. Early career experiences include internship training at Ristorante La Pineta and Ristorante Lunasia, followed by a position as Chef De Partie at Villaggio Ristorante. Education includes a Postgraduate degree in Culinary Arts Italian from George Brown College, completed in 2016, and foundational studies at St. Jean de Brebeuf CHS, leading to an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
