Caroline Julia

Caroline Julia is an experienced culinary professional currently working as a Cuisinier at Restaurant Normandin since July 2023 and as a Sous-chef de cuisine at Hy Rooftop Pub since September 2022. Previous roles include Chef de partie at Tamassa Resort & Spa, where responsibilities encompassed hot and cold sections as well as a la carte dining, and Chef at The Loft By Tom, managing a personal business that involved meal preparation and delivery for local and special occasions.
