Paul Hanniffy

Paul Hanniffy has a diverse work experience in the beverage and foodservice industry. Paul currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Development & Equipment Solutions at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Welbilt Inc., where they held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President & Managing Director of Welbilt Beverage and Vice President of Crem Americas. Paul also served as Vice President and Managing Director of Multiplex.

Before joining Welbilt, Paul worked at Manitowoc Foodservice, where they held the position of Vice President of Beverage & Global Product Management and Director of Innovation. Paul also worked at Manitowoc Beverage Systems as a Global Product Manager for Blended Beverage. Additionally, they have experience working at TRUpour ltd as a Design Manager and Design Engineer.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic plans, managing innovation, and driving profitable growth in the beverage industry.

Paul Hanniffy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Engineering from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus in 2002. Paul then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Product Design and Development from the same institution, completing it in 2005. In 2007, they attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from University College Dublin. Later, in 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Additionally, in 2015, they completed a Certificate program specializing in Design Thinking and Innovations from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
