Beth Marshall

Beth Marshall has over two decades of work experience in process improvement, data management, and operational excellence. Beth'sroles include Director of Process & Data at Restaurant Technologies, Business Process Improvement Manager at TCF Bank, and Continuous Improvement Leader at Energy Management Collaborative. Beth also served as VP of Operational Excellence at Element Fleet Management and held various roles at GE Capital Fleet Services, where they managed continuous improvement projects and led strategic customer engagement. Beth began their career as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital.

Beth Marshall completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1986 to 1990. Beth then pursued their MBA in Management at the University of St. Thomas from 1994 to 1997.
