Saurabh Bhatia is a seasoned professional with significant experience in data analytics and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Manager at RHP Properties since May 2022, Saurabh develops end-to-end Power BI solutions and manages vendor relationships. Prior experience includes leadership roles at IDEX Corporation, where Saurabh was involved in operational excellence initiatives, supervising teams, and leading rapid improvement events. Earlier roles include positions at NTPC, Krishna Enterprises, and Mahindra & Mahindra, focusing on cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and process automation. Saurabh holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
