Brenda Melius

Brenda Melius is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations excellence, customer relations, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Operations Excellence Business Partner at Restaurant Technologies, Brenda leads the Operations Readiness for Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, focusing on testing, process validation, and system training. Previous experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Customer Relations at Lakeshirts, where Brenda managed Salesforce CRM implementation and customer success initiatives. Brenda's background also features significant roles at Safco Products, including Channel Strategy & Loyalty Program Leader and Customer Care Manager, where Brenda developed loyalty programs and oversaw customer care teams.
