Elizabeth Simion has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is the Senior Director of Enterprise Technology & Data at Restaurant365, where they have been since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Data & Analytics at CallFire from March 2023 to October 2023. Elizabeth also has experience as the Director of Data & Analytics at Lessonly by Seismic, Technical Delivery Manager at 4 Mile Analytics, and Business Intelligence Manager at Spruce.
