Melissa Vazquez has over 24 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa is currently working at Restaurant365 as the VP of Customer Adoption and Engagement. Prior to that, they worked at K12 Insight as the VP of Customer Success, where they led a team of new Client Success Managers and implemented Gainsight for client and retention management. Melissa also served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Restaurant365 Software, where they managed the onboarding team and strategically aligned departments for sales and retention strategies. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Implementation at Illuminate Education, Inc., where they led a team of Customer Success professionals and implemented Gainsight. Melissa started their career at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Senior Account Manager and later worked as a Professional Development Consultant at DataDirector. Melissa also has experience in the education sector, working as a Master Teacher, Reading Specialist, and Parent Liaison at various school districts.

Melissa Vazquez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Melissa has also obtained a Master of Arts degree from the University of La Verne.
