Terae De Cou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles related to business operations, data management, and system analysis. Currently serving as CS Process Manager at Restaurant365 since May 2023, Terae has held significant positions including Associate Manager of Implementation Data, Data Operations Manager, and Business Systems & Operations Manager at Getro from January 2017 to November 2022. Previous experiences include roles in business operations across various companies such as Vital Labs, Inc., Cognitive, ZWD, One Month, Centura Health, StarRez, Inc., Alliance Title & Escrow, and Webex. Terae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from San Jose State University, alongside certifications in Import & Export Management from the University of Cape Town and a certificat de scolarite in Political Science and Government from Institut D’Etudes Politiques de Lille.
