Lesley Garura

Lesley Garura has worked for Restless Development in Uganda and Zimbabwe for over 10 years. Lesley is currently the Sierra Leone Hub Director, Interim at RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT.

Lesley has a wealth of experience in organizational performance, risk management, and staff development. In their previous role as Head of Operations in Zimbabwe, they were responsible for providing strategic leadership and monitoring internal performance through management of the leadership team. This included producing, sharing, and guiding the leadership team to mitigate risks and challenges identified through agency performance dashboards.

In addition to their experience in operations, Lesley has also led on procurement and disposal in line with policy, and has deputised for the for-Hub Director as required. Lesley is currently leading the Sierra Leone team in delivering against the Essential Standards and the Key Performance Indicators.

Lesley Garura reports to Kate Muhwezi, Co-CEO. Lesley Garura works with Natalie Agboeze - Strategic Partnerships Director, Segun Olowookere - Finance Director, and Nikita Khanna - Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager.
