Guilherme de Biagi Pereira

Mr. Guilherme de Biagi Pereira is the Company’s IR and Strategic Planning Officer. Before joining Restoque in May 2021, he worked in the areas of Investor Relations, Strategic Planning, M&A, Corporate Venture Capital and Corporate Governance at Arezzo&Co (5+ years). With over 10 years of experience in financial market and M&A, he also worked at BES (Espírito Santo Investment Bank) (2+ years) and in boutique investments at Íntegra Associados (2+ years) in the areas of Investment Banking/M&A. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Sciences from the Brazilian Institute of Higher Education and Research (Insper), has a postgraduate studies’ degree in Finance from Insper, and has taken a specialization course in Corporate Governance at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC.
