Alyce Ricketts

Alyce Ricketts currently serves as an Interior Design Consultant at RH, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Alyce worked at Actalent as a Scientific & Healthcare Recruiter, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment cycle and consulting with candidates. Alyce's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Cold Stone Creamery, motivating staff and overseeing hiring and training processes, and completing a Management Internship at CVS Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, focusing on prescription accuracy and patient insurance verification. Alyce also worked as a Bridal Consultant at Magic Moments Bridal & Formal. Academically, Alyce holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a minor in Spanish Language and Literature, both from Western Kentucky University.
