Ayman Abo Shaer is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various well-known companies in the retail industry. Currently serving as a Leader in Trade and Design at RH since February 2023, Ayman previously held positions including Retail Brand Manager at Redwood Retail Furnishing LLC, Store Manager at Maisons du Monde, and Store Sales and Operations Manager at Crate and Barrel, among others. Ayman's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Damascus University.
