Jill Falor

Jill Falor is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as VP, Senior Corporate Counsel & Associate General Counsel at RH since May 2024, Jill has a strong background in legal counsel roles, including positions at Impossible Foods as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel from January 2020 to May 2024, and at HP as Senior Counsel, Corporate, Securities & M&A from May 2016 to January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and White & Case. Jill holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Northwestern University. Registered in-house counsel in California, Jill’s expertise encompasses a wide range of corporate legal matters.
