Jodie Brand Byrd

Jodie Brand Byrd is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, project coordination, and training development. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator in Customer Experience at RH since June 2020, Jodie has held various roles in the organization, including Assistant Leader and Associate in Customer Experience. Prior to RH, Jodie was the Chief of Staff at Headkount from July 2019 to February 2020. Jodie’s extensive career at MAC Cosmetics spanned from July 1999 to September 2019, where roles included Employee Consultant and Coordinator in Global Commercial Training & Development, as well as several positions providing support to executive leadership. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University - East Bay.
