Joseph Novacek

Director, Customer Experience at Restoration Hardware

Joseph Novacek has extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at RH since September 2011, where previous positions held include Senior Leader, Leader, Project Coordinator, and Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Starbucks from June 2006 to May 2011 as an Assistant Store Manager. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
