Matt Magill

Matt MaGill possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations within the luxury retail sector, currently serving as an Associate Gallery Leader and Operations Leader at RH since July 2015, overseeing multi-million dollar sales, inventory management, and team development. Previous roles include Gallery Leader and Store Leader at RH, as well as positions at The Container Store focused on sales and visual merchandising. Matt MaGill also has a background in graphic design from MaGill Designs, providing branding and promotional materials for various clients, and has experience in residential life coordination and production management at San Jose State University and CRS Inc., respectively. Matt MaGill holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, both from San Jose State University.
