Michael Selig

Michael Selig is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since September 2012, Michael has served as Vice President of Tax at Restoration Hardware, where responsibilities include overseeing global tax planning, compliance, SEC reporting, and audits. Michael advanced through the ranks at Restoration Hardware, beginning as Tax Director, leading the global income tax function during the company's IPO in November 2012. Additionally, Michael is involved with the Audit and Finance Committees at The Olympic Club, serving as a member of the Finance Committee from 2023 to 2025 and having held various roles within the Audit Committee, including Chair in 2016. Prior to joining Restoration Hardware, Michael was a Tax Director at PwC from January 2001 to September 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University, completed in 2000.
