Ruben Carbajal

Ruben Carbajal is a senior leader with extensive experience in people management, total rewards, and operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Leader and Total Rewards Leader at RH since June 2022, Ruben previously held significant roles at Tesla as a Service Manager, where strategic improvements in vehicle repair workflows were successfully implemented. A long tenure at Restoration Hardware spanned from 2009 to 2021, culminating in the position of Director, Field Leader, responsible for mentoring teams and enhancing customer service. Educationally, Ruben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
