Previously, Simon held the position of Director of Global Environmental Health & Safety at Excelitas Technologies Corp., where responsibilities included ensuring compliance across 19 sites and monitoring incident investigations. Simon's career also encompasses significant roles at Collins Aerospace, United Technologies, and UTC Aerospace Systems, emphasizing leadership in safety management systems, compliance, and environmental engineering. Simon holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
