Ian Fredericks

Ian Fredericks is a seasoned professional in the commercial finance and alternative investment sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ReStore Capital since September 2019. Fredericks also holds prominent positions at Hilco Global, including CEO and President of Consumer & Retail, and has been integral in the leadership of Hilco Merchant Resources since 2015, where responsibilities have included overseeing mergers and acquisitions as Chief Legal Officer. With extensive experience as an attorney in corporate law and asset valuation services and a blend of strategic and operational expertise, Fredericks contributes to various organizations, including serving on the board of the Secured Finance Network. Educational qualifications include a Business Analytics Program from Harvard Business School, an LLM from St. John's University, a JD from Temple University, and a BA in Political Science from Dickinson College.
