Head, Emergency, Crisis & Continuity Preparedness at RESTRATA

Craig joined Restrata in 2013 following a 30-year career in Police Scotland. He has vast experience in dealing with complex incidents and crises in his roles as a Police Commander, Force Control Room Manager, Firearms Commander, Royalty Protection Officer and Command and Control Instructor at the Scottish Police College. He has also been a Crisis and Hostage Negotiator Instructor for the Scottish and UK negotiator courses as well as dealing with International kidnaps, including as a UK Government Advisor (COBRA). Since joining Restrata, Craig has gained huge experience in Incident Management in the Oil and Gas Sector as well as associated industries. He has developed Emergency and Crisis management procedures and is an experienced trainer and Team Leader in Restrata’s Global Command Centre. He has a Diploma in Higher Education and Training, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management. He is also a Fellow of the Security Institute and the Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
