Faisal Raza

Faisal Raza serves as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Ionic: An OutSystems Company since April 2020. Prior to this role, Faisal held the position of Vice President of Client Success at Upskill from October 2017 to April 2020 and was Vice President of Customer Success at Contactually, which was acquired by Compass, from June 2016 to October 2017. Faisal’s extensive experience at Opower spanned over six years, where responsibilities included Senior Director roles in Professional Services, Engagement Management, and Technical Operations, as well as several positions in Technical Project Management. Additionally, Faisal worked as a Senior Software Engineer at MyPublicInfo and gained early experience at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Diebold Inc, and NASA Glenn Research Center. Education credentials include an MBA in General Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, an MS in Software Engineering from George Mason University, and a BS in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from Kent State University.
