Swami Kumaresan

Swami Kumaresan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in scaling technology companies and driving revenue growth. Currently serving as President and COO at Ionic.io since September 2016, Swami successfully scaled the business from approximately $1 million to $20 million in annual recurring revenue and negotiated its sale to OutSystems. Previously, as CEO of Databox, Swami raised Series A funding from Founder Collective and Accomplice VC. At Carbonite, Swami played a pivotal role in various leadership positions, contributing significantly to growing the customer base to over 1 million and nearly $100 million in revenue. Swami’s earlier career included roles as a strategy consultant at Fletcher Spaght, a financial analyst at Jefferies & Company, and a software engineer. Swami holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Yale University.
