Currently serving as the Head of Innovation Development at resulta, Swetha has held various leadership roles, including Head of Quality and Backend Engineering and Head of Quality Assurance. Prior experience includes positions at Unisys as a Senior Software QA Engineer, CGI as an IT Consultant, and Deloitte US India offices as an IT Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed test planning and execution. Swetha began the career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, focusing on business requirement analysis and test documentation. Swetha holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Pydah Degree College.
