Jessica Thompson

Jessica Thompson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Resultant since September 2021, Jessica developed a high-potential mentorship program and implemented an HR Chat Box to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a decade at PAR North America, where roles progressed from Senior Account Specialist II to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, with responsibilities encompassing recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with leave management procedures. Jessica also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Health Information Management from Indiana University.
