Iain McKenzie

Iain McKenzie is a seasoned consultant director at FRP Advisory since October 2021 and serves as non-executive chairman for Resulting IT, Vizst Technology, and FourNet, with a notable contribution during FourNet's YFM investment period, leading to a significant exit. As a founding partner of TECHNEDs Investment LLP since June 2018, Iain also holds various non-executive roles, including at Carbon Wurks and previously at Phoenix47, guiding companies through strategic development and management buyouts. Iain's extensive experience in corporate finance includes a directorial role at Spectrum Corporate Finance until its acquisition by FRP Advisory in March 2021. Iain obtained an MBA from London Business School (1992-1994) and has a foundational education from Forest School Winnersh.
