Christian J. Motley has a wealth of experience in various roles, including serving as Vice President at Results for America. Prior to this, Christian held positions at Unite Us, StriveTogether, New Leaders Council, Kentucky Education Association, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. With a background in political science and African American studies from Berea College, Christian has worked in government relations, policy, partnerships, coaching, and learning, demonstrating a broad skill set and dedication to community impact.
