Damarcus Bell is an experienced policy professional currently serving as Associate Director of Solutions at Results for America since November 2023. Previously, Damarcus worked as Program Manager for Data Visualization at the National League of Cities and held the position of Deputy Director of Data Analytics for Stacey Abrams for Governor. Additional roles include Consultant for Data Governance and Financial Management at the City of Boston and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School, contributing to courses focused on justice and algorithms. Damarcus has also taken on leadership roles in several organizations, including Chair and Director of Content & Strategy for the Black Policy Conference, and served as VP of Diversity, Equity, & Anti-Racism for the Kennedy School Student Government. Damarcus holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Arts in Music Education from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Morehouse College, among other educational credentials.
