Heather Boughton is currently the Director of Education Policy Implementation at Results for America. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at the Ohio Department of Education, including Director of the Office of Research, Evaluation & Advanced Analytics, Director of the Office of Data Quality, and Data Analyst. Heather also worked as a Strategic Data Project Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Heather has a Ph.D. in Sociology from The Ohio State University, a Master's Degree in Sociology from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Miami University.
