Jessica Perez

Jessica Perez currently serves as the Manager of Strategy & Implementation, Partnerships & Community Impact at Results for America, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Urban Institute, where Jessica worked as a Policy Associate in the Federal Practice and as a Policy Analyst in the Research to Action Lab from March 2020 to November 2023. Jessica also held positions at the National Association of Counties as a Justice Associate and at the US Congress as a Senate Legislative Intern. Additional internships include roles at the Latin American Youth Center, DC Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the House of Representatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from American University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Work and Policy at the University of Chicago.
