Debra O'Dea-Lightner

Born and raised in North Carolina, Debra made the trek to Oregon after high school and settled into Newberg in 1988. Always interested in numbers, her accounting career started at a local Honda dealership, then after nine years, she expanded upon her business management skills by working for a small local business for another five years. Always looking for ways to take her business skills one step further, she went back to school in 2003 and earned her insurance license which led her to State Farm Insurance for three years.
