Alan Jackson

Alan Jackson has extensive experience in the field of client solutions and business development. Alan currently holds the position of Vice President - Client Solutions at ResultsCX. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Transparent BPO. From 2016 to 2021, Alan served as the Senior Vice President & Vertical Lead in Hospitality, Logistics & Education at Alorica, where they were responsible for driving customer experience, market performance, and growth. Before that, they held the position of General Manager & Vertical Lead in North American Telecommunications at Convergys from 2014 to 2016. Alan also served as the Vice President & General Manager of Global Accounts at Stream Global Services from 2011 to 2014. Alan has held various leadership roles in strategic accounts and business development at companies such as Teleperformance, USA, TeleTech Holdings, Inc., Telwares Communications, ProSavvy, and AT&T.

Alan Jackson earned their Bachelor of Engineering, Cum Laude degree from Vanderbilt University from 1984 to 1987. Alan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management at Vanderbilt University from 1987 to 1989. Prior to their university studies, Alan attended Montgomery Bell Academy from 1978 to 1984.
