Ganesh formulates and guides the digital charter for ResultsCX, developing products and solutions that enable superior customer experiences for clients. Ganesh has three decades of experience in IT, BPO, and digital-first businesses. His expertise spans operations, sales, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

In his prior role at Symphony Ventures, Ganesh advised global clients on their digital transformation agendas, managed global delivery teams, and established centers of excellence. He also played a pivotal part in managing the firm’s sale to Sykes Inc. Ganesh’s career includes stints at HCL Technologies, Cognizant, and Firstsource, and Softbank’s India venture capital firm, eVentures India.
