Megan Carey

Megan Carey has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Megan is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at ResultsCX since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at ResultsCX from July 2021 to July 2023. Before joining ResultsCX, they were the Manager of Talent Acquisition North America at Sitel from October 2018 to July 2021. Megan also worked as a Recruiter at Sitel from June 2016 to September 2018. Megan began their career as an Office Assistant at Watkins Glen International in April 2015. Megan then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Able2, Enhancing Potential from August 2013 to May 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at Able2, including Administrative Assistant from May 2012 to August 2013, Residential Supervisor from October 2010 to May 2012, and Residential Instructor from July 2009 to October 2010.
