Michelle Frost

Michelle Frost has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle is currently working as a Senior Director of Sales Operations at ResultsCX since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Solutions Architect at the same company from August 2021 to November 2022.

In addition, Michelle also has experience as the President of Frost Consulting Service Inc., a company they founded in August 2021.

Before founding their own company, Michelle worked at Intrado as the Director of Client Engagement from August 2013 to August 2021.

Michelle also has a long-standing tenure at StarTek, where they held various roles from July 2001 to August 2013. These roles include Sr Director of Site Operations, Site Director, Resource Planning Manager, Operations Manager, and Supervisor & SR Resource Planning Specialist.

Michelle Frost attended York University from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Psychology & Kinesiology. Michelle then pursued a degree in Business Administration, Hotel, Restaurant & Bar Management at TSB from 1995 to 1996.
