Rostislava Pencheva

Rostislava Pencheva has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Rostislava is currently working as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at ResultsCX. Rostislava previously worked as a self-employed HR Consultant and a Recruitment Manager at Foundever and Sixty K Ltd. Rostislava also held positions as an HR Business Partner at Devin JSC and an HR Manager at CGL MS EU Ltd. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at BrightPoint Bulgaria. Rostislava's early career included a role as a Co-founder and Operations Manager at Mr. English Educational Centre, where they were responsible for various tasks including social media strategy, administration, marketing, recruitment, customer communication, and teaching English.

Rostislava Pencheva completed their education as follows: Rostislava obtained a Professional degree in Economist and computer scientist from Financial Business school ''Atanas Burov'' in 2011. Then, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Sofia University in 2015. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2018.
