Saptarshi Roy Chaudhury has extensive experience in marketing and digital marketing roles. Saptarshi is currently the Vice President of Marketing at ResultsCX. Prior to this, they held the same position at Firstsource, where they also served as the Director of Marketing and DGM Marketing. Before that, they were the VP of Marketing at PurpleTalk Inc. and [x]cube LABS. Saptarshi began their career in 2002 as an Online Marketing Executive at Intrasoft Technologies Pvt Ltd and has since held positions such as E-Customer Care Associate at Tracmail India Pvt Ltd and Customer Response Executive at Reliance Infostreams Pvt Ltd. Their experience includes managing SEO and SEM campaigns, creating marketing strategies, and providing customer care and billing support.

Saptarshi Roy Chaudhury has a diverse education history. Saptarshi completed an Advance Program for Marketing Professionals at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Executive) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2018-2019. Saptarshi also holds a 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata, which they earned between 1999 and 2002. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Annamalai University, completed in 1999. Their earliest educational experience dates back to their schooling at Vivekananda Mission School from 1986 to 1997.
