Sid is responsible for managing business in Europe and the UK, both of which are strategic markets for ResultsCX. He leads the effort for overall business expansion in the region, including building the ResultsCX brand and increasing its visibility, as well as developing relationships with industry influencers and analysts and establishing strategic engagements with clients and prospects.

Sid has more than 24 years of experience in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. He has been in leadership roles with multiple organizations and has played an active role in building businesses in the U.S. and the UK. Sid started his BPM career with GE Capital, a pioneer of the BPM industry, where he led the healthcare and financial services operations at GE Capital International Services. Subsequently, Sid led operations for Ocean Financial Services and also built a multi-million-dollar, multi-industry BPM practice for Firstsource in the UK.
