Thomas Bechelet

Thomas Bechelet is a QA analyst at Resume-Library. Prior to their current position, they worked as a customer success agent at MortgageGym from November 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for supporting users by resolving online/offline queries and issues on behalf of consumers and advisors/brokers regarding the online platform. Thomas also troubleshot and accurately logged all issues reported to the Service Desk, provided solutions and workarounds which met the customer and business expectations, and worked to SLAs and KPIs. In addition, they contacted customers regularly and assisted them with the mortgage calculation tool, ensuring that customer satisfaction was kept to a high standard. Thomas also informed them of the benefits and additional services MortgageGym could provide, such as the ability to arrange a telephone call with a mortgage broker at a time that was suitable for them.

Bechelet is known for their flexible approach to working hours and their ability to organise and structure their time and priorities to meet the business and customer needs. Thomas has also maintained awareness of the business's policies and procedures, as well as the regulation relevant to their role, such as the FCA's rules and principles, Data Protection Act and Money Laundering regulations. In addition, they have helped maintain a culture which supports the business, including fostering best practice, strong team spirit, customer focus and an environment of sharing knowledge.

Thomas Bechelet has a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training (Dip.FIPT) from Premier Global NASM, a BSc (Hons) in Computing with Networking from the University of Surrey, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in National Diploma for IT Practitioners and First Diploma for IT Practitioners from Farnborough College of Technology.
