Claire Lachance

Claire Lachance has a diverse and extensive work experience. Claire is currently serving as the President and CEO of ReSurge International since September 2022. Prior to that, Claire held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Institute of Noetic Sciences from October 2016 to August 2022, where they led the organization through a period of transformation and global impact expansion. Claire was also a Board Member at Dovetail Decision Consultants, Inc. from October 2008 to December 2014. Furthermore, Claire has experience as a Founders Advisory Board Member at Collegium Strategies LLC from November 2019 to February 2022. Claire founded and led their own management consulting firm, Inspiration Quest, Inc., from July 2006 to October 2016, catering to numerous nonprofit organizations and foundations. Prior to that, Claire worked as a Registered Investment Adviser and Consultant at Lachance & Associates from December 1997 to June 2006, providing financial planning services. Additionally, they have held roles as a Product Manager at AT&T from September 1995 to November 1997, and as a Summer Associate at Mercer Management Consulting in 1994. Claire began their career in the Management Associate Program at MetLife from August 1989 to July 1993.

Claire Lachance completed their MBA degree at Harvard Business School from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics and French from Tufts University, attending from 1985 to 1989.
