Ccis John Leo Riley

John Leo Riley, CCIS, is the Owner and Founder of Gentle Response De-escalation Training since February 2016, specializing in conflict de-escalation through dynamic training and consultancy. John is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and has served as a Security Officer at Resurrection Life Church since July 2014. Previously, John was a Police Officer with the Grand Rapids Police Department from July 1996 to July 2015, retiring as a patrol officer. John also served in the US Army as an Infantryman from 1989 to 1996, participating as a Gulf War Veteran. Educational achievements include studies at Baker College of Muskegon and various community colleges.
