Kristian Hagbyhn

Kristian Hagbyhn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Platform at Resurs Bank since September 2017, Kristian oversees multiple teams including Microsoft, IAM, Network, and Private Cloud. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager positions at both IBM and EVRY, where responsibilities involved providing technical support, identifying improvements, and delivering value to customers. Kristian began the career at Hilti Svenska AB as a Controller for Customer Agreements and a superuser in SAP, and earlier experience includes a superuser role at TDC Call Center Europe focused on flight bookings. Kristian holds a Master's degree from Academedia and additional education from NTI and Österängskolan.
