Dr. Sujiv Nair

Dr. Sujiv Nair, PhD, serves as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer at Re Sustainability Limited, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies to foster an agile and engaged workforce across over 100 sites globally. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer of the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, where strategic vision was provided to establish the organization, and Director HR for South Asia at DuPont, overseeing HR functions for more than 4,000 employees across various sites. Additional experience encompasses progressively responsible HR positions at Tech Mahindra, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Asian Paints, along with a solid educational background including a PhD in Psychology focusing on Skill Development from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and multiple degrees in management and engineering.
