Ramya Ramalingam

Ramya Ramalingam is currently a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Re Sustainability Limited since June 2023, following a role as Management Trainee in the same department, where responsibilities included recruitment and management of blue-collar workers. Previous experience includes a Management Internship at the Madras Management Association, where Ramya promoted training programs and organized the Young Manager Competition, and a Human Resources Internship at KONE, which provided valuable insights into organizational HR practices. Ramya holds an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from Easwari Engineering College and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women.
