Kathryne McGowan is the current CEO at Reta Trust. Kathryne has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including positions at Tenet Healthcare, Aspirus Arise, and WEA Trust. Kathryne has a proven track record of success in transforming non-hospital business units and increasing value-based reimbursement attainment. Kathryne has also served on the board of directors for Aspirus Network Inc.

Kathryne McGowan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Business from Boise State University. Kathryne is also certified as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist CEBS Fellow from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
