Vicki Cantrell

Vicki Cantrell is an experienced executive and leader in the retail industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Vendors in Partnership LLC since January 2020, where collaborative methodologies drive transformative partnerships. As the founder of the VIP Awards, Cantrell celebrates solution providers that enhance retailer partnerships. Additional roles include membership on the Executive Leadership Committee of the Retail AI Council, and being a Board Member and Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee for Tandy Leather. Cantrell also provides strategic consulting through Transformational Business Strategies and contributes to the Influencer Advisory Board at sparks & honey. Previous positions include serving as Champion at Excelerate and Retail Transformation Officer at Aptos Retail. Cantrell's extensive background includes leadership roles at the National Retail Federation and involvement in various initiatives focused on innovation, customer experience, and community building. Education was obtained from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Archbishop John Carroll.
