Keith Tomlinson

Keith Tomlinson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Retail Construction Services, Inc. since February 2023, Tomlinson previously held senior leadership roles at NVR, Inc., where achievements included leading a 40% revenue increase in Midwest operations as Sr VP and tripling revenue in Florida operations as VP. Tomlinson also served as Division President at Pulte Group, integration leader at Dominion Homes, and was pivotal in the turnaround and sale of that company. Additional roles include directing real estate finance at NVR, leading a private development firm, and expanding the PGA TOUR's Tournament Players Club network. Tomlinson holds a BBA in Accounting from William & Mary and furthered education at Georgetown University.
