Stephanie S. Lear

Stephanie S. Lear, CMP, is an experienced events manager with a strong background in project management, budget oversight, and content production for live and virtual events. Currently serving as Manager of Events for the Retail Council of Canada since September 2018, Stephanie oversees events attracting up to 1800 attendees, focusing on delivering relevant conference sessions and coordinating speaker engagements. Previous roles include Production Specialist at the Canadian Health Food Association and Event Coordinator with extensive planning experience for national conferences. Earlier positions feature program planning for youth at Holland America Line and community event management for the Ontario Lung Association. Stephanie holds degrees in Sport and Event Marketing and Hotel Management from George Brown College.
