Abby Foster

Abby Foster is currently serving as the Vice President of Policy & Advocacy at Retail Energy Advancement League. Previously, Abby held positions such as President at Pennsylvania Chemical Industry Council, Senior Director of Public Affairs at Bravo Group, Inc., and Director of Marketing at Pennsylvania Health Care Association. Abby's experience also includes roles such as Director of Communications and Advocacy at PENNSYLVANIA COAL ALLIANCE INC, where Abby acted as an industry spokesperson and lobbied on behalf of the industry at state and federal levels. With a background in public relations, advocacy, and communications, Abby has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business from Messiah University.
